Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund for items that are:
Returned within the valid return window
Not delivered
Delivered damaged
Significantly not as described
Refunds apply to the price of the returned item(s).
Original shipping fees are refunded only if the item is:
Damaged on arrival, or
Not as described, or
Never delivered
For standard “change of mind” returns, original shipping fees are not refundable.
How to Request a Refund or Report an Issue
You must report any order issue within 7 days of:
The date the item is marked as delivered, or
The expected delivery date (if undelivered)

Order number
Item(s) affected
Description of the issue
Photos (for damaged or incorrect items)
If you do not contact us within 7 days, the order may be considered completed and refund requests may not be accepted.
What Happens After You Contact Support
CLOFF will review your claim and may request additional details.
Your order may be paused while the issue is investigated.
You will be informed of the outcome and any next steps.
Specific Situations
A. Parcel Didn’t Arrive
If your parcel is lost or undelivered:
Contact CLOFF within 7 days of the expected delivery date
We will investigate with the courier
If the loss is confirmed, you will receive a full refund, including original shipping fees
B. Item Arrived Damaged
If your item or packaging arrives damaged:
Take photos immediately
Contact support within 7 days
If damage is confirmed:
The pro seller may offer a refund or replacement (if available)
If a return is required, the pro seller covers the return postage
Your original shipping fees will also be refunded
C. Item Not as Described
An item is “not as described” if it significantly differs from its listing description or photos.
After reporting:
The pro seller may offer a partial or full refund, or
Request the item be returned
If a return is required:
You must send the item back within 5 business days
The pro seller will cover the return postage
Your original shipping fees will also be refunded
D. Standard Returns (Change of Mind)
If the item is correct and undamaged but you wish to return it:
The buyer pays return shipping
Original shipping fees are not refunded
Only the item price is refunded
The item must be returned in its original condition
Refund Processing After a Return
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
Original shipping fees will be refunded only for:
Damaged items
Not-as-described items
Undelivered items
Discounts, vouchers, or promotions will be deducted proportionally
Return postage (when required) for damaged/not-as-described items is covered by the pro seller
Please allow time for your payment provider to complete the refund.
